In applying for a loan you will need to provide us with a range of personal information. This may include your name, address, occupation and financial situation. We will only collect personal information that is required as part of applying for a loan, communicating with you and internal administration.
We will always endeavour to collect your personal information directly from you. However there may be some parts of the loan process that may involve a third party, such as a credit report from a credit-reporting agency.

blue sky will take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information. This includes storing your personal information is a secure place, and taking all reasonable steps to ensure your personal information is protected from misuse, unathorised access, loss, modification or exposure.
We require all staff to maintain the confidentiality of customer information. Access to information stored in computers is password protected and only those staff whose job requires them to access the information have access to the information.
We will securely destroy your personal information when it is no longer required.
Accessing your personal information
You may at any time ask us to provide you with a list of the personal information we hold or inspect the personal information we have for you. We will endeavour to provide the information you request is a reasonable time frame.

This may be in the form of newsletters, special offers or points of interest. You may opt out of receiving any communications from us at any time. Changing our privacy policy
From time to time blue sky may amend or change its privacy policy in order to comply with new laws or codes of practice, changing technology or market expectations. We may also change this policy to include any new products or services we may provide.

Disclosure of your information to another organisation
blue sky will only provide your personal information to those businesses necessary in order to complete a home loan, personal loan or car lease or as required by law. These businesses may include panel lenders, valuers, lawyers, credit reporting agencies and mortgage insurers. We will only provide information necessary for them to conduct their services.
We do not sell our client lists to other parties.
